We are often asked why we don’t use tamari instead of soy. Our answer is two-fold. Tamari is not the same as soy sauce, and we remain committed to the recipes left by the founding chef. We also caution that not all tamari is gluten free! We have a very limited number of items that are gluten free. We also offer gluten free tamari upon request. Please ask your server about these items.
